All steps were outlined for us and there were no surprises.   Alyssa and her crew were professional, right on time and congenial.  We used them for mold remediation and they did a fantastic job. Very thorough, compassionate, flexible, reasonable prices. Alyssa is a fabulous manager.  She has supported and guided me through a very difficult time. Flexible with start date while I did a lot of decluttering. Bad mold problem from leaking kitchen sink. Much damage. Team did great job cleaning up general messy house. They are taking care of mold. Alyssa is helping so much by arranging for damage in kitchen cabinets and counters, sink, all carpeting, couch and all mattresses to be replaced. That is a short list of the extra things she has done for me. Great quality work and reasonable prices. A perfect person to call if you have water or fire damage. Im Very happy with Alyssa and her crew. They did an amazing job and I passed my air samples the first time around. They were clean, organized and thorough. The communication i recieved from Alyssa changed my mind set on contractors in general. My levels were over 20,000 spore count! So thankful this is done and over with! Alyssa is an outstanding project manager, she has a great team. We met with her using a remediation report as a guide which specifically outlined the steps needed. She promptly drew up a detailed contract, included all the required steps to address problem areas. The work crew was focused and thorough and did a superb job. Alyssa did a great job checking and abating my mold issue. This is the second time I used her. She is extremely informed, very pleasant, and I would definitely use her again. I would have no issue referring her to others. Awesome!
